AWS Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02): Learn It Hands-On: Prepares you for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam: narrated animated lessons, a simulated AWS console to practise in, exam-style quizzes and full mock exams
A complete, practice-first preparation course for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) exam, built from AWS's official exam guide. Every lesson opens with a narrated, animated video that builds the idea on screen, often in a simulated AWS console, then you read the chapter, learn the exam traps, answer exam-style questions with full explanations, and do hands-on tasks in a simulated AWS account that Bartman checks: create IAM users and groups, prove least privilege with the policy simulator, encrypt a bucket, set a budget and more, with no AWS bill. Covers all four exam domains: cloud concepts, security and compliance, cloud technology and services, and billing, pricing and support. Bartman is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services.

Syllabus
- Cloud foundations and the exam — What cloud computing is and how the CLF-C02 exam works, the six advantages of the AWS Cloud, the Well-Architected Framework's six pillars, and every way to work with AWS, from the console to infrastructure as code.
- Global infrastructure, migration and cloud economics — Regions, Availability Zones and edge locations, the Cloud Adoption Framework and the seven migration strategies, the economics of the cloud, and a VPC built across two Availability Zones.
- Security I: identity and access — The shared responsibility model, IAM users, groups, roles and policies, protecting the root user, and access for your workforce and your apps.
- Security II: protection, monitoring and compliance — Encryption with KMS, CloudHSM and ACM, audit logs with CloudTrail, AWS Config and CloudWatch, threat protection from Shield, WAF, GuardDuty and Security Hub, and governance with Artifact, Organizations and Control Tower.
- Compute and networking — Amazon EC2 and its instance families, containers and serverless with Lambda, Fargate, ECS and EKS, Amazon VPC and its security, and how users reach an app through load balancers, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudFront and hybrid connections.
- Storage and databases — Amazon S3 and its storage classes, block, file and hybrid storage, relational databases with RDS and Aurora, DynamoDB and the purpose-built databases, and migrating databases with DMS and SCT.
- AI/ML, analytics and the rest of the toolbox — Match AI and machine learning services to tasks, the analytics services around a data lake, queues, topics, events and developer tools, then monitoring, management and the smaller service categories.
- Billing, pricing, support and exam readiness — How to buy AWS compute and storage, how to estimate, watch and attribute spend with the Pricing Calculator, Budgets, Cost Explorer and cost allocation tags, which support plan and resource helps, and a final strategy and mixed review for the exam.
